2. About Fields Studio Group

Fields Studio Group (“FSG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a creative studio and holding entity engaged in fine art practice, studio production, creative development, and related artistic endeavors.

FSG was founded by and is operated by Christopher Fields, professionally known as Chris Justin, whose artistic practice, likeness, and intellectual property are presented through the Site.

Fields Art is an affiliated imprint and platform of Fields Studio Group dedicated to the presentation, documentation, and exhibition of original artworks and artistic projects.

Nothing on this Site shall be interpreted as creating an agency relationship, management agreement, partnership, or fiduciary duty unless expressly agreed to in writing.

“Artist” refers to Christopher Fields, also known as Chris Justin, and includes all professional names, stage names, aliases, pseudonyms, likenesses, identities, and variations thereof, whether now known or later adopted.

For purposes of these Terms, any reference to the Artist includes all such names, identities, and associated intellectual property.

Fields Studio Group may represent, manage, license, or otherwise be affiliated with additional artists, creatives, or contributors from time to time (collectively, the “Artists”).

All provisions of these Terms apply equally to all Artists represented by or affiliated with Fields Studio Group.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

• Graphics

• Logos

• Branding

• Video and audio materials

• Design elements

• Layout and visual presentation

are the exclusive property of Fields Studio Group and/or its affiliated entities, including Fields Art, and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.

All artwork, images, photographs, videos, performances, likenesses, written works, designs, concepts, and creative output featuring or created by the Artist are owned by or licensed to Fields Studio Group, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

This includes, without limitation, content published on this Site, affiliated websites, and third-party platforms.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, published, modified, or used in any manner without prior written consent from Fields Studio Group.

Certain visual materials displayed on this Site may be used under license from third-party stock providers and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Such materials are used in accordance with applicable licensing terms.
